What is Aqua fit swimming classes?
It’s not just your heart and muscles that benefit from an aqua exercise class!
It’s also fantastic for your internal organs and lymphatic system.
Working out in water reduces impact and stress on joints and strain on the heart.
It is also beneficial whilst recovering from injury and illness. Exercising in water is easier than on land and from the start one is able to exercise for longer and more strenuously while staying cool.
And if you’re COOL, it’s FUN!
All of these benefits contribute to the “feel good factor” and our classes are suitable for men and women of all shapes, sizes, and any fitness level, promoting a wonderful sense of well being.
